J&J Pros started in 2013 as a family subcontracting crew. Giancarlo Perez runs it today with his father, Jose.
Giancarlo grew up in South Phoenix. Jose has lived there since he was fourteen, and we still work out of the south side.
Most weeks the crew is on custom homes in North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and North Phoenix. We would rather show you the wall than talk about it.

Every bid starts with a site walk or a call about the plans. Then we walk you through the number.
Run by the family
Giancarlo and his father run the crew themselves. You deal with the people doing the job.
